Why use commercial-grade lights?

The lights we use are heavy-duty commercial-grade lights. The brightness is night-and-day difference between these and anything you'll find at the stores. Generally, those store lights are "mini" lights with C9 covers to make them look like commercial-grade C9 bulbs. See for yourself!

Can I put up my lights that I already own?

No. We only offer our own professional grade lights to ensure the highest quality. This allows us to warranty all of our installations. If any products are not operating properly we will replace them within 24-48 business hours.

Can you decorate my trees?

Absolutely! We provide tree and shrub wraps as well as columns, railings, and ground-lights. We also offer wreaths and displays, and we are always happy to work with your ideas.

Am I buying the lights?

No, and that is a good thing! Since Dripping Springs Christmas Lights provides the lighting equipment as part of our all-inclusive service, that means you never have to worry about maintenance, repairs, ladder and headaches. We do all repairs and replacement that may occur throughout the season. And to top it off, you never have to store Christmas Lights again. We handle it all. Not to mention, you can change your bulb colors next year - for free!

Are there any discounts available?

We offer 10% off for all new installs in October. In November we might have a $50 new customer discount. This price will get locked in for three years, saving you hundreds or thousands of dollars. We have a discount for our military veterans as well. And, we automatically apply bulk rates to large packages.

All of our customers who refer us to a friend will receive a $100 referral credit and the friend will receive $100 off their first order. Returning customers often get perks that first-time customers do not - just ask and we'll offer!

And at times, we offer other promotions like Early-Bird or Christmas in July discounts for making your deposit ahead of time. 

Am I locked into a contract?

Not at all. While some companies may pressure you into multi-year contracts, we do not. We do promise that your price will not increase from year to year for a period of 3 consecutive years of installations. This allows your family to easily budget your yearly Christmas Lights.

Should you want the savings and security of a 3-year contract, just let us know and we'll send you an updated estimate with contract.

What does your all-inclusive service include?

Our service includes designing, installing, maintaining, taking down, and even storing your Christmas light package. We also provide a mock-up photo of your home with lights on it so you can see exactly what your display will look like! We'll clean your gutters at take-down for an additional charge, upon request.

Do you install permanent lights?

Absolutely! There are several brands available, but the one we like to install is commercial-grade, color-changing, app-controlled, and has customer support based in the USA. We can technically do a professional installation with GOVEE or other home-owner brands, but with the amount of work it takes to make it professional, we believe you'll be better off with our commercial-grade options.

We proudly serve Dripping Springs and the surrounding areas in Central Texas - including but not limited to, Austin, Bee Cave, Driftwood, Kyle, Buda, Spicewood, Lakeway and Dripping Springs.

How does your company adhere to Dark Sky regulations?

We take Dark Sky regulations seriously by using timers for our lights and ensuring they are only functioning as needed. Additionally, we offer dark sky-friendly lighting options to minimize light pollution in our community - for example, roofline lights can be pointed downward.

Do you clean gutters?

Yes we do! We have competitive pricing, especially if you want them cleaned when we're taking down your holiday lights.

How much does it cost?

We offer competitive pricing based on the size and complexity of your display, starting at $795. Our average package is about $1600, which often includes roof-lighting, ground-lighting and a 60" wreath. We also offer financing through Acorn Finance, available upon request. Will I need to be home when you quote or install the lights?

No, you don't need to be home for either situation. We can quote based on satellite imagery or photos, and we'll work with you to find a convenient time to install the lights. We're happy to work around your schedule.
